I've lost an item from my inventory after maintenance, is there a way to get it back?

Can u tell us ur guild card number and the item u lost on which character slot. Also was it in ur inventory, bank or shared bank. Afterwards we can check.

My guild card is 42001796, the object that I lost is Parasitic Gene Flow. This was in my inventory seconds before maintenance.
