Game changes

• Paragon Frame added to the droptable
• Twin Rika's Claw added to the droptable

Bugfixes

• Paragon Frame S/D level boost was fixed. You no longer have to use workarounds for the level to stick at 35, it should all work properly as intended. If you still find any issues please let us know.
• Paragon Frame can now properly drop with higher dfp and evp values as per the database, this was unfortunately broken but now fixed.
