Hell's activation rate on Gungnir is reduced to 1/2. So instead of starting out with a base activation rate of 93%, it's reduced to 46.5% (rounded down to 46% since PSO rounds down decimals I'm pretty sure). Any enemy with 46 EDK or higher will have a 0% chance of being Hell'd. Not worth 2 DT's. Sorry, friend.

No because PSO-World's mag feeding tables aren't 100% correct. An example of an error is the following: - Trifluid on Mag Feed Table 7 (table for celled mags) reduces POW by 25. Not by 29. I used a tool to view the values of stat changes for each item fed for every feeding table, manually entered the data into a spreadsheet, uploaded the spreadsheet, and hosted the information on a site. Now that information is posted here.
