Hahaha, it's our pleasure. We're actually really late but we didn't just want to copy/paste last year, and some of the things we did had terrible technical difficulties. But we made it! Also, credit must be given where due, I'm super proud on everyone that worked so hard to make this happen. This event wouldn't be possible without the hard work of our amazing staff team. It's more than a year since we first introduced the daily quest concept. Since then a ton of items were added to the game, so we decided it's time for a new crate to replace the old fashioned legendary item crate. We present the brand new... Phantasmal Crate! This crate completely replaces legendary item crate. Any leftover legendary crates you have can still be opened like normal, and rare item crates are unaffected by this change. Meaning in normal-vhard daily quest you still get a rare crate, and in ultimate you get a Phantasmal Crate. As some of you know, Gush Needle was an item solely obtainable from the legendary crates. It may or may not return somewhere down the road, but currently it's unobtainable. So what's in it?! For starters there are no longer addslots of photon crystals in the crate. Instead, now you get Photon Drops and Photon Tokens just like anniversary crates. Secondly we've added a complete new item to the game which is, just like Gush Needle, solely obtainable from Phantasmal Crates. Cryo Warhead "A special warhead loaded with ultra-low temperature photons. Can be used with a certain rocket launcher." Use it with a level 200 ranger on a fully grinded Iron Faust to create Arctic Faust. Many thought it was impossible, and this weapon took a very long time to research and implement correctly into the game (mainly in regards to balance), but we're proud of the result. Arctic Faust "A rocket launcher armed with a special warhead. It's special attack freezes enemies in the blast radius." This weapon features truly unreduced blizzard. Used with v503, it's about as effective as Arrest Needle. Here's some action: Changes are live. Good luck!

Alright, fair enough. LHB is essential to certain droprates, but once we have a replacement, LHB will be removed (and most likely LSG restored). I'm sure many will miss the quest but we're going to honor our initial decision. We stand for a safe online environment, not affiliated with pedophiles and their creations. With recent events about a longer time PSO player and quest maker named GuardianGirth, it came to light that this person basically is a pedophile, harassing and tricking young female players in the PSO community. Such offenses are never treated lightly at Destiny, and we have always been striving to be a safe place to play PSO for players of all ages. For this reason we don't want to be affiliated in any way with "people" like Guardian Girth. So, in an effort to boycot this person, from now on we no longer host any of his quests. Thanks for understanding. Quests affected: If you find another quest made by GuardianGirth, be sure to let us know and we'll remove it. Lastly, rest assured that playing on Destiny is always completely safe and harassment is never treated lightly, as visible in our rules, section "Harassment and Abuse": If you ever encounter such behavior, or someone is harassing you, be sure to notify any Destiny staff member and the harasser will be dealt with. That's all and safe playing!

Well, there's no actual "file" named Occamy.C, or Fuerboos for that matter, anywhere in the client. These are names for "threats" the antivirus software finds (or claims to find). The files the software is concerned about are psobb.exe/psobbw.exe files and in psobb.pat/psobbw.pat. The latter are the same files but in patch form. Since our client changes with each update, there's not much telling what kind of flags it gets picked up on each time. Last update we only had 6 flags, this time we're not so lucky it seems. But I assure you, there's no malware in our client. Use your best judgement, but you should know that all psobb servers have virus flags in their files (some even in additional .dlls). Even the original stock psobb client had a ton of flags. If you want to play here without issues, you pretty much have to whitelist the folder (or at least the 4 files I mentioned).

Destiny PSOBB 1st anniversary! Yesterday it's been exactly 1 year since public release of Destiny PSOBB. We wanted to do something special to celebrate it with everyone! We've prepared a special "Anniversary Crate" that drops for this week. It can contain a LOT of different items and just like the daily crates can contain items with up to 100% attributes/hit (even though at a very rare chance). They are dropping randomly from any monster in the game. Rules: Anniversary crates drop individually for each player. No daily limit, you can find/pickup as many crates as you want. It's not allowed to farm crates with multiple accounts at the same time. Happy hour doesn't influence the crate droprates. Rates: Enjoy!!!

To make up for Galatine's broken present drop we decided to extend the event by another week. After today's maintenance, Galatine now correctly drops from presents. In addition to the fixed present drop, you can also find it from Ultimate Viridia/Oran Shambertin at a 1/2.91 rate for this last week only. But that's not all! Mortal Ruin's rate is also temporarily lowered from 1/93 to 1/73. So for the people that didn't get a Mortal Ruin yet, now's your chance. The event will last 1 week from now, until Sunday august 19th around midnight. Good luck!

You're right. Due to a bug Galatine currently gets changed into a phoenix claw. This will be fixed asap.

Destiny v0.6.12 Game Increased D-Virus Armor speed boost from 70% to 80%. Revised battle unit speed. Certain drops and droprates have been altered based on the run time/difficulty and item usefulness. Rebalanced episode 2 monster EDK on ultimate. Starter meseta increased to 150,000. Twin Sato mag now spins when a trigger is activated. NiGHTS mag no longer spins when a trigger is activated. Changes are live.

Destiny v0.6.13 Game Material drop ratios have been leveled. What this means is that, unlike before, power/HP/mind/defense/evade materials now drop evenly. There’s the same chance of getting a power material vs getting a mind material, for example. Luck and TP material rates are untouched. Randomly found materials can now drop in stacks of up to 3 materials per stack/drop. Doesn’t affect farmable materials. Fixed an issue with wrong “display” of possible daily crate items due to lag. Now the “displayed” picked item and actual received item should always match. Added banners for Handgun:Milla and Lavis Cannon. Items Added Ultimate Double Cannon sound. Updated Star Eulogy name and description. Gal Wind HP drain reduced from 7% to 5%. This means using this item to trigger mag invincibility is no longer possible. Grinders, Addslots and Materials now stack to 250 instead of 99. Fixed a texture issue sometimes happening with Chao/Dark Chao and Naga/Twin Wraith. Judgement Blade ATA increased from 35 to 65. Updated Twin Wraith texture. It’s now HD, and matte instead of glossy. Changes are live.

As promised, now you can view all available Destiny item information in one organized place. Find it here: playpso.net/database The current state of the system is beta. If you find info that's not displayed correctly, please post it in this thread and we'll update it. This database contains all of the Destiny items and stats. You can: Sort items based on name, stats, targets, etc. Apply filters to retrieve a filtered list. Click on the + sign to reveal some additional information about the item. Pro tips: For weapons in the "type" filter, you can select "All Melee" or "All Ranged" to filter the table on the respective weapon types. Set "usable class" to your class, "min. Targets" to 3, and sort on "total ATP" to see the best multihit weapons for your class. To see the best triple invincibility mags, in the mag tab set all filters to "invincibility" and sort on activation %. Note: We may or may not add pictures in the future, but for now there's no pics. By a considerable amount. But nightmare shouldn't really have worked on those mobs in the first place. As for the other mobs, such as most monsters found in jungle, mountain etc, it should work better now. Bottom line: From now on you need to bring more weapons to episode 2 than a single hell weapon. lol

We're proud to announce the release of a new Destiny Exclusive quest, developed by @Orgodemirk! Find the quest in Episode 4 under Destiny. The quest features a unique adventure throughout Subterranean Desert, Crater, and Saint Million. There are a bunch of cool secrets and surprises to be found, and it's up to you to figure out what they are! Other changes: Removed the barrier in the quest "Path To Salvation" blocking entrance to the "secret" room. Thanks to @Sabrina & @Orgodemirk Fixed a small bug related to daily quests selection. Improved overall server stability.

What hate, though? I don't see any hate besides from mudkipz and you apparently, but yeah, homies 4 life, right. So, the stolen code myth has been debunked, so now we're getting the undeserved bans thing again? Well let's settle that one as well, the people that got banned for, included but not limited to: trolling the forums, coming up with fake issues to troll the staff and harassing legitimate players ingame, were given the chance to appeal their ban as seen here. Guess how many people actually appealed? zero. That gives me the impression they were not really here to play, after all. So thanks but no thanks, we don't want your "PSOBB's dead and toxic player base". Also this server is far from dead as well. It's growing. Just a few days ago we had 17+ players online. I can't be more proud and I'll never give up on Destiny. Do us all a favor and move on.

For the 100th time, we do not use stolen code, and it was only assumed so by a select few hatemongers (including you) because "broomop is welcome on Destiny so he must've given us stolen ephinea code". It was never proven or confirmed. Our codebase is built upon the latest released teth version (2008) and we fixed all of the bugs ourselves. Not to mention, if we had ephinea's code, why wouldn't we enable challenge mode? I can prove we built our own codebase in many ways, including releasing our source code repository. But I'm not going to because as far as I know in this world you're innocent until proven guilty. Lizzy/wyatt (no idea what today's gender is) is banned for, among other things, spamming our forums with porn, and was harassing sab first, and frankly, is none of your business. But you know this. Because you're not really TerryBriggs, you're actually mudkipz trying to spread drama (like always) and frame the real TerryBriggs in the process. Two birds with one stone, right? If only you hadn't used your own email... If you don't like Destiny that's fine, move on with your life, this account will be banned and future spam (or accounts) will be removed without warning.
