IMPORTANT: steam wallet cards are no longer accepted as donation method Unfortunately we are no longer able to accept steam wallet cards as a form of donation for Destiny PSOBB. RELEASE: We added a new special mode. Playing in this mode gives you 2x movement speed, but if you take damage one random item is removed from your bank. If you have no items left, your character is deleted. This mode is automatically enabled for all players. Due to the fact that there's already another server that offers a similar mode, we decided to call this mode Destiny Hardcore Mode™ (DHM). Game - Creating a room now costs 300 meseta. - Hucast can now cast Shifta/Zalure lv 25. - Using dark flow with less than 10% HP now ignores resta. However, while in this mode, other players can also attack you. - Ingame music replaced with random techno music I found on youtube. - Monomates now stack to 99, but trimates have been removed from the game. - Phantasmal Crates now have legs, and they will run away when you try to grab them. Game changes Paragon Frame added to the droptable Twin Rika's Claw added to the droptable Bugfixes Paragon Frame S/D level boost was fixed. You no longer have to use workarounds for the level to stick at 35, it should all work properly as intended. If you still find any issues please let us know. Paragon Frame can now properly drop with higher dfp and evp values as per the database, this was unfortunately broken but now fixed.

No it doesn't work, and that's intentional, because some mods could be used to gain an unfair advantage. Any other readers/inventory scanners also don't work. Fixed, the room can be entered now without problems. There's also a bug with Paragon Armor, when you have it equipped and enter a room the first 5-ish shifta/deband casts will have weird levels (between 5 and 35). After that the shifta level should go back to 35 (or whatever your tech level is +5) We're still looking into this but should be fixed soon. In the meantime, spam shifta and deband 5 times when entering a room as a workaround

The guildcard you provided was the wrong account, the characters from the screenshot were actually on another guildcard. But I was able to find it regardless. I've restored the character in slot 3 to what it was before the dressing room change. Please check in game if everything is ok.

Sorry for the delay. It seems to have been caused by a bug, and I'm sure I'll be able to restore your character, but it will take some time. In the meantime, please don't go online with that character.

Game changes Shared dropstyle has been disabled, from now on individual dropstyle is default and all rooms created have it set to individual. We did this because almost no one uses shared drops anyway, and moving forward to new content, it's unreasonable for us to keep maintaining two dropstyles. Fixed an issue where weapons were not dropping with over 70% attributes. All this time the attribute percentage generation wasn't working correctly and it was actually impossible to find higher than 70% attributes on weapons. Even though still very rare, it's possible now to find weapons with up to 90% attributes. The chance is give or take 1/10,000, the default rate for PSO. Special thanks to @VEL(JP) and everyone else involved who pointed out this issue to me. I ran multiple simulations that eventually confirmed their suspicion, and in the end found the issue. The fix works in my testing, but as always, make sure to report any issues you may find. Custom monsters in events no longer appear globally, but instead appear in specific quests, which have their own category in the quest menu. These categories are only available during the respective event. Event item drops are also now tied to specific quests. The actual droprates can be found in the respective event topic. Various bugfixes and anticheat improvements.

Easter event delayed Let's get this out of the way first, Easter event will be delayed by at least a week. Yes it sucks, yes there will be new things, no it's not ready. Sorry guys. I tried to get everything released by this weekend, but that's just not going to happen. While the content is more or less done, I haven't even started to properly test the new stuff. I can't release it until everything is confirmed stable. An update on Destiny development For the past 6 months we've been mostly working on the server code and get things in place to make development faster and more streamlined. The way we used to do events was holding everything back. It took us ages to make unique items, enemies, quests and such and actually a lot of the time goes into planning and testing things to make sure everything works correctly on all your PSO installations. Some events consist of over 40 server files that have to be replaced or edited manually in the right place, and after a month, reverted back. This is painful, I'm getting too old for this lol. With every update behind the scenes the development became less hassle and more fun, and I've already reduced the amount of files required for an event by about 50% compared to before, without losing quality. We've field tested this new system last year with anniversary part 2, and besides a few minor issues, it works as intended. This means we can use the extra development time for more fun stuff and less dealing with problems. For Easter and future events, I've reduced the amount of files required even more. But, there's still a lot of testing ahead. The end goal here is that we can keep making fresh events that can be activated with barely any effort, while also working on new content, balance, bug fixes, tools, etc. For example, we've been working on some crazy endgame content for some time now, which, like I said in another post a while back, is not related to any events. That's still coming, and I promise it's worth the wait. In other words, endgame content is one of our main priorities. Anyways, I hope this gives some more insight of what we're all doing behind the scenes. And definitely don't miss this Easter event! Even though it will be late, I have a feeling this will be the best Easter event we've ever had. I'll be working hard to get it released by next weekend. Magic

XMAS 2021 Event! Merry Xmas from Destiny! Almost the end of the year. Which means it's time for the last Destiny event of 2021! This year it will go a bit different. Some elements will be available for the entire duration of the event, others will only be available in the first half or second half. Part 1 (2 weeks) Saint Rappies The Saint Rappies are roaming around, dropping Christmas Presents that contain various stuff. NEW! Trade 25 presents for a custom mag This event around, you have the chance to trade 25 Christmas Presents for a custom mag order with a GM. Rules: Only the Christmas Presents dropped from Saint Rappies are accepted, not the ones dropped by monsters. See the picture for reference. You'll receive a level 200 mag with any stats you like. Both non mag-cell mags and mag-cell mags will cost you 25 Christmas Presents. Redeeming starts after the event. Photon Tokens & Presents For the duration of part 1, all monsters in Ragol have a chance to drop presents and Photon Tokens. Photon Tokens Photon Tokens can be used to add hit to weapons by speaking to Paganini in the new Phantastic Bazaar quest. Christmas Presents These special christmas presents can contain: limited edition xmas themed apparel certain Type Weapons with special Yasminkov 9000m with special Notes Presents and Photon Tokens drop randomly to a player. No daily limit, and all monsters have a chance to drop a present or Photon Token. It's not allowed to farm these items with multiple accounts at the same time. Rates (presents) Rates (tokens) Part 2 (2 weeks) Anniversary Crate This special crate can contain a LOT of different items and just like the daily crates can contain items with up to 100% attributes/hit (even though at a very rare chance). No daily limit, you can find/pickup as many crates as you want. It's not allowed to farm crates with multiple accounts at the same time. Happy hour doesn't influence the crate droprates. Rates: PDS in WOI For the duration of Xmas part 2, You're able to obtain PDs in the infamous quest World of Illusion. Normally this quest awards a random material after each of the 7 stages. This time around, the last 5 stages award a Photon Drop instead. Remember, in this quest, dying is game over! SPECIAL 4TH ANNIVERSARY HUNT Something evil escaped from below! Destiny PSOBB presents a special enemy: Tormentorr! Watch out, they have much more power than normal Hildetorrs, have access to different techs, are faster and are 2 times larger. Skin by @Shiva AI by @Magictrick Instead of replacing hildetorrs server wide, they only appear in one quest. Find them in Forest Offensive (Episode 1 / Destiny). All other quests still have normal hildetorrs. 4th Anniversary Orb (LIMITED) "This orb can alter the appearance of certain items. Obtained during Destiny PSOBB 4th Anniversary." Drops from Tormentorr on All Ids on ultimate difficulty @ 1/35. Keep in mind the anniversary orb is a limited item, temporarily available and will not return. Like orb of illusions, 4th anniversary orb will change only aesthetics. The animation, stats and ablities etc are unchanged. That said, Act of War has special bullets and Twin Executioner special has a new effect. And Terror Sawd is actually 20% bigger than a normal chain sawd. Forgot to credit you in the post for the idea. I hope you like it! It was BY FAR the hardest to make, that absolute karen of a weapon has the most hardcoded elements of any weapon in the game... It's actually one of the reasons part 2 was delayed so long lol because it kept crashing randomly. And it still isn't perfect, it still lacks the sound and muzzle flash. I might add that in later. But the animation works flawlessly. Also don't forget to check out the bullets sometime ingame. Pretty proud of those.

There have been a lot of changes to the code to make this possible, and sadly there are still some unexpected technical issues that I have to fix. Sorry for the delay on ending halloween event. We've made quite a lot of updates to the client in order to support more custom content in the future, but this wasn't 100% stable yet. And because grim reaper attacks are hardcoded in the client and cursed wing was added, we couldn't just roll back to the old version. That said, the new client should be stable now. If you do happen to find issues or random crashes (NOT disconnects, actual crashes to desktop), please post in the bugtracker section what exactly happened. Xmas event will start within a few days, and we will still have a nice surprise for 4th anniversary. So stay tuned for that!
