lost items All deposited items / meseta gone

OK so that's partially my mistake, I forgot that /bank existed. However, I am still missing a couple of my rare items, esp my bringer rifle. How could that have happened? -
So, I came back to the game after a long break, and it was very nice to see my character was still there. However, all my items, weapons and rares have disappeared from my item bank, and this is considerably upsetting. Any idea what could have happened and how to fix it?

It's flagged as a backdoor by defender and can't be turned off.

Title. I don't really feel like going through ALL of them again, as I finished all the ones up to Gran Squall and new ones aren't appearing, despite all 4 areas being reachable by warp pipe.

I'd like to know too as I plan to put this on Steam deck as well, a guide would be welcome.
