Since our team kept you waiting for so long, I decided to let you know one thing from next update.
I hope it encourages you to hunt it until the event start, unlike SJS you can't hunt NEI in Hallowed World (Next Halloween quest) cuz of the custom enemy is buffed Ill Gill.

■Nei's Claw (real)
Targets: 1→3
Range: 14.0 → 25.0
Hits: 1-1-1 → 2-2-4 (3rd attack takes time a bit)
Animation: Claw → Custom
