Some small changes besides anniversary stuff

• Twin Cyclone now hits episode 4 lizards with its special (credit to @Orgodemirk)
• Astral Dragon grind over max issue is fixed 
• We now have the ability to modify items in new ways, lots of things that weren't possible before are now possible. Lots of exciting things coming soon  That being said, while we tested extensively, you may encounter issues with behavior of items. If you notice anything weird, make sure to let us know by posting in this topic or report in the bugtracker. Huge credit to @Orgodemirk who made these changes possible.
