Bit Locker Not Allowing PSO Launcher

My buddy can't play Destiny PSO because bit locker blocks it as a virus. Does anyone know how to create an exemption for bit locker?

I had the same problem with a different anti virus, put an exemption for it and it still blocked it, my only real way around it was temporarily disabling anti virus for install
