common bank

Hi guys, I'm new here , I've just created a second character , and wanted to access to the bank of my 1st character with the second, I used the /bank commandand set it to common, but my 2nd character cant access to any item .... am i doing something wrong ? thanks in advance guys !

Character banks are separated, if you want to share items among your account, please try to deposit items to common bank.
