lost items All deposited items / meseta gone

So, I came back to the game after a long break, and it was very nice to see my character was still there. However, all my items, weapons and rares have disappeared from my item bank, and this is considerably upsetting. Any idea what could have happened and how to fix it?

OK so that's partially my mistake, I forgot that /bank existed. However, I am still missing a couple of my rare items, esp my bringer rifle. How could that have happened?
