Emp Thunderbomb powersurge caused Items to vanish?

Hello  everyone, I banked my weapons during a storm (which I knew  I shouldn't be doing) Then a thunderbomb and lightning hit close to the house and knocked out  (Emp) my power only for a few seconds after that I couldn't locate any of those items I banked.( I could of sold them to the shop on accident because Ive done it before). Im not sure. Either way I'm missing Arrest needle, Hell needle, nefarious needle Dark meteor and a few other things. . My guildcard: 42002264 Date of loss was around July 18 or 19th I didn't notice they were missing until July 21 st.
