In case you didnt got around it yet:
Do you have 2 psobb.patch files inside your destiny psobb folder?
if so, delete both and restart patching via launcher again.

did u tried to recover ur account yet with reseting ur password?

Your anti virus deleted psobb.exe and psobbw.exe.
so putting those on the whitelist will fix it.
But you are better of whitelisting the whole destiny psobb folder and reinstall to prevent it from happening again.
pso in General is pretty known for the false AV alarms. So I can assure it is safe to use.
