Hello i apologize in advance my english is not very good so i do the best, then my question concerns the crates if a crate appears, but it is not recovered can we find another,  I ask because if we want to help someone but we help him in a level of difficulty lower than the ultimate and we did not get our crate daily we have a risk of finding it in difficulty level that can not may not be suitable for what we want to find: example legendary crate.
