My max char length name is cut by 1 letter when logging in

[goukezitsu 0]

I am having an issue where I try to make my character name and it lets me create the name Goukezitsu. It shows it as working but when I log in my display name is Goukezits and when i go back to character select it's changed to Goukezits. Am I tried looking around to see if anyone else had  the problem or maybe some  notes about the issue but I haven't seen it so I decided to post up here. I tried multiple times but the same thing happens. I know the name works because its my dreamcast pso name and I use the same name in every version. I'm sorry if I missed  a place it was posted if it has been, but hopefully this is an easy fix. Thanks for the help!
